Trucks and Trolleys
We offer a wide variety of standard handling equipment, in various sizes to
undertake general, or specific tasks. Trolleys can have a variety
of wheels and castors fitted in different sizes, types and materials,
with or without braking systems to suit the conditions and product
with which they are combined. They can have integrated steps and ladders
fitted for use within an order picking facility. |

The trays can be customised
to suit the product being placed upon them. Finishes can generally
be specified to suit your corporate image. Our handling equipment range includes sack
trucks, stairclimbers, order picking trolleys, turntable trucks, container
dollies, platform trucks, workshop trolleys, shelf trolleys, bar trolleys,
maintenance trolleys, workstands, hydraulic lifting tables and drum
handling equipment. A variety of materials is used for manufacture,
including mild steel, stainless steel, wire mesh, aluminium, galvanised
steel, plastic and laminates.
Goods Lifts
Mainly used for carton, or boxed product, but can be designed to accommodate
any size and weight including pallets. The operating mechanisms can
be mounted above or in situations of restricted headroom, in a pit
at ground floor level. In order to conform with all current Health
& Safety requirements, the car travels within a structural shaft
and the system incorporates all the required interlocks, safety cut-outs
and emergency stops etc. Please note that these items are NOT designed
to carry personnel.
Box Lifters
Not strictly a conveyor system - more of a hybrid of a goods lift
and a conveyor. These units are essentially a portable, steeply inclined,
reversible belt conveyor incorporating a series of mechanical stops
against which the product rests. These then push the product along
the length of the conveyor to it's destination. The stops are manufactured
individually and can be designed to accommodate the most complex of
shapes and sizes of product. Commonly used to move product up to Mezzanine
Floor level or off-loading / stuffing vehicles and containers. An
exceedingly economical option to installing a Goods Lift.
