Safety Steps
Where a manual picking operation is required at high level, getting
personnel up to the picking face easily and safely is paramount. Our
safety steps can be ordered with either metal, or non-slip treads
in a variety of heights having the option of single or double handrail
fitted as required. Mobility is provided with sprung-loaded or retractable
wheels and castors depending upon the size required.

Personal Lockers
Steel or wooden lockers can give staff, or members of the public a
safe and secure place to store their personal items. Single door,
multi-tier and nests of lockers can be provided in a range of standard
colours. Specific applications can also be catered for: Clean &
Dirty lockers, Garment Dispensers, Bulk Collector lockers, Uniform
& Janitors lockers, Twin Lockers, 2-Person lockers, Golf Club
lockers, Cloakroom Units and Cube lockers. These can each be tailored
if required using internal fitments, can be fitted with sloping tops,
and a range of bench seats and stands is also available for use with
any locker range. Locks can be key operated, (including suiting where
required) combination type, have a hasp & staple for use with
a padlock, radial pin type, coin/token return/retain type, or use
an electronic safety lock. |

Workbenches
Many standard sizes are available, but bespoke benches can be manufactured
to your specifications. Worktop options include steel plate, MDF,
blockboard, chipboard, hardwood, vinyl covered particle board and
plastic laminate. Each top can have the choice of lipped edges finished
in hardwood, plastic or laminate. A choice of accessories can build
the bench to suit your individual requirements, including drawers,
cupboards, louvre panels and bins, upper and level shelves, overhead
lighting, modesty panels, service ducts, circuit breakers, power and
data sockets. Any bench can be mobilised by the fitting of wheels
and castors and colours can be chosen from an extensive range.

Tote Pan System
The system is based upon the standard, universal, galvanised steel
tote pans with reinforced rims. Easy grip handles and cardholders
are fitted to each end, a coloured endplate can be provided as an
option as can internal part pans, internal dividers, slide on lids
and perforated bases. All of which offers a complete, inexpensive
system for storing industrial type products. Several standard sizes
of Tote Pan are available and can be stored in a stacked condition,
or stored in horizontal, or tilted racks. Wire basket Tote Pans can
also be offered as an alternative to the steel pans. A range of trolleys,
bogies and bench units complete this comprehensive system.
